How to Prepare for a Session
Together we will be working on your current state of being – and the ways in which you are challenged from fully living. We will begin with a quick review of your medical history, your current goals for the session and a postural awareness. From there, we will begin the healing process through treatment including Myofascial Release and Yoga. We will wrap up with looking at what you can continue to do for self-treatment to further your own healing journey. This process works best when you are not limited by tight or restrictive clothing, therefore I will ask that you change into shorts or underwear and bra or bikini/sports top. I will also not be using any lotions, oil or cream and since the technique works better with dry skin, I ask that you wait to apply any of these until after your treatment. Otherwise, the best thing to do is to simply arrive with an open mind and heart and be willing to let go of the old layers of pain and discomfort!
