As an occupational therapist in Washington, I am able to evaluate people before obtaining a medical prescription or referral.  According to the state law, we can work together if we determine that you are dealing with something that is “not a medical case” (you have an absence of pathology, or the pathology has stabilized) and we are treating your functional deficits.

If you are experiencing an acute medical condition, I suggest that you consult with your medical practitioner and we can formulate a plan.

Appointment fee: $200 for 90 minutes
At this time, I am now on the insurance panels for Cigna, First Choice Health, Kaiser (for specific PPO plans), Premera, Regence and Lifewise.   If you have benefits for outpatient occupational therapy, please be sure to send me your identification card so that I can try to determine your coverage. Upon request I am able to provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network or other medical savings plans benefits.  As part of the No Surprises Act, I promise to provide you with a detailed and clear estimate or a “Good Faith Estimate" in accordance with https://omb.report/icr/202109-0938-015/doc/115259401
